Due to Covid-19 we have implemented several temporary measures to ensure both your safety and that of the staff. Currently we have a locked building policy as only staff may enter.
There is no shuttle service or waiting room access.
 

DROP OFF PROCEDURE
 
With Appointment
Drop keys through the glass slot in front window and we’ll retrieve them.  You would have received one day prior the Authorization for the work that is to be completed today.
 
Without Appointment
Call 519-337-7533 and we’ll take care of any issues. We may come outside and discuss if necessary, using proper distancing measures as required. Some staff may not wish to come out due to their personal choices and concerns.
 
The Vehicle Visit Process
Sanitize keys and vehicle preservice with hospital grade cleaners. Inspect and service as approved and communicate any issues and get further approvals if required.
Please ensure we have correct contact number(s) and email as we will be using these methods to ensure we have clear communication with you.
 
Loaners
Pre-arranged and set up before your arrival.
 
Waiting
You’re welcome to go for a walk or use our Shuttle vehicle if available and pre-sanitized. Waiters should have advised our staff as our process takes longer and it is best to leave the vehicle here for its necessary work.

Service advisor will explain the process whether during office hours or after hours with you at time of closing the invoice.
